1) Age Criteria

• Nursery: 3+ years up to 4 years

• KG: 4+ years up to 5 years

• Class I: 5+ years up to 6 years

2) Form can be filled only once from a given e-mail id

3) No prospectus will be sold. 

4) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by both the parents, must be submitted at the school counter, along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents on all working days from 08:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

1.Copy of the birth Certificate and Bonafide Certificate

2.Copy of the marksheet and Transfer Certificate (Original)

3.Photograph- Father,Mother,Student

4. Aadhar card- Father,Mother,Student (Copy)

5.Caste Certificate(SC/ST/OBC -  Copy if any)

6. PEN (Permanent Education Number)and Apaar ID

7. Remove the name of Student from UDISE (Govt.Education Site)

8. Immunization Card /  Medical Record (If Any)

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ONLINE PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE (RS. 25/-) ------ Please note that in few Browsers after making online payment:- After Payment, it will reflect an option named 'Send anyway'. You are requested to Click It. If you fail to click 'Send anyway', the payment will not be processed. It helps to generate the Registration Number. Also, save the Filled Registration Form.
